There is no refund for services used as advice cannot be returned. The user is only entitled to refund of any unused portion of their funds as indicated on the account balance. This site refund policy is to honor refund requests up to the total available balance within a User account less any outstanding service fees and charges not rendered. To request for refunds send us a request in writing to support@avidadvice. You may be contacted to verify your request. Only the unused funds will be debited from your account and credited to the originating payment method within 10 business days. The transaction reference number will be provided along with the applicable authorization code and receipt. If you have encountered an error in receiving a refund, please contact PayPal or your credit/debit card issuer for assistance. For certain financial institutions, it may take up to 30 days for a refund to reflect on your statement and or post to your account. Please note that refunds are automatically issued if a) you request to close account, or b) if we close your User account. Generally there is no refund for services rendered, as live consultation is not refundable due to it nature. We reserves the right in our sole discretion to terminate a transaction or block a card in order to fulfill credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking procedures, or in an effort to accommodate legal requests. If a breach of our User Agreement, customer error, technical issue or potential fraudulent transaction has been brought to our attention; We may also choose to issue a refund.
